My parents were nice enough to take us down to Lake Powell with them this weekend, This is probably my favorite place in the whole world! No worries, just good times.
Wade loved driving the boat and the sea-doo.
We also spent some time relaxing on the shore,
feeding the ducks,
and wakeboarding.
We can't wait to go back next year!

Wade was a trooper! He wasn't too sure about the change in temperature between his very hot, overbaked life jacket-wearing body and the water temperature...but he DID eventually like to play the splashing game. Like all of my grandchildren, he LOVES being lulled to sleep by the humming of the boat engine. Thanks, Jennie and Phil, for making it fun for us too. The chicken-salad croissants were delish! (Nectarines too).

So it looks like there is a pretty good chance we will be in town over thanksgiving, you guys going to have tickets to the BYU vs Utah game for us? Heck of a win last night eh!
