Yesterday we took another adventure out to Galvenston Beach, this time to the north shore. Having spent most of the summer in the water, my boys were much more prepared for playing in the waves this time around (which made their daddy's day). It had rained earlier in the morning thus cooling everything down, making it a very enjoyable evening...even if we did end up with sand everywhere.

So glad you were able to get away. It looks like it was the perfect day! I love and miss those sweet little guys...Jennie & Phil too! We could use some good ribs about now...
