When we bought our house a little over 2 years ago, the one thing I could not stand about it was the kitchen counters. If you remember, they were sage green formica...not very pretty. (I didn't even take a before picture because I don't really want to remember them). Well, they are gone and I have a lovely new kitchen in it's place. I absolutely love the way it turned out.
Now, where is your favorite place to shop for decor/accessories so I can add some color to my new fabulous room?

I'm a big fan of homegoods myself, but if I lived where you do I'd probably hit up tai pan every now and then too.
Tai Pan, Rod Works, Hobby Lobby : )
The countertops and backsplash turned out great!
Looks great! I've found some great stuff at JoAnn Fabrics, Kirklands and Kohls for decor.
Have you checked out Real Deals? They are only opened twice a week Thurs and Sat but they have really great deals. I am not sure where they are there is one up here. Tai pan is good too. I am sure you could find stuff on overstock too lol
Those counters and backsplash are beautiful!! Taipan has cute stuff. Or I go to Pottery Barn and see their ideas then find similar stuff at TJ Maxx.
Good job on the backsplash and countertops!! I love the sink too. It all looks great together If you buy at Hobby Lobby (are there HL stores in Utah?) always wait until the 50% sale on home decor. Although, I think Wade is a fine decoration for the kitchen! He is just sooo cute.
